Measurements of parking indicators located in urban areas

Description:

We have developed a system that, at the request of the Toruń City Office, performs measurements of parking occupancy. The system consists of a mobile application, which allows for taking photos of parked cars’ license plates, and an automatic license plate recognition system (artificial intelligence) that saves the measurement to the database. The second component of the system is a platform for managing and handling measurements along with an extensive panel of reports and statistics. During the execution of the project, over 40,000 measurements were carried out using the system.
