Document Management Platform


At the request of a client, we have built a platform that enables easy signing, storing, and searching of documents.

In the system, it is possible to create document templates and databases of people, companies, or organizations to which they will be directed. When sending out, all variables included in the template will be automatically filled with appropriate values – independently for each recipient. After preparing the documents for signing, they will be sent to the relevant recipients via email or made available on a tablet or smartphone thanks to a dedicated mobile app. Upon receiving, the recipient can sign them in the form of a handwritten trace using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Completed documents, along with the signature and date of submission, will go into a database, where they will be stored in accordance with applicable regulations.
