Integrated information system for fund management.
Description:
The subject of the work was the construction of an integrated information platform enabling the management of a loan fund. The system supports the process of accepting loan applications along with the required documents, facilitates the analysis of applications based on an extensive set of financial indicators, enables the management of loan collateral, supports the decision-making process regarding loan approval by the committee, and ultimately generates a loan agreement automatically. Furthermore, the application supports the ongoing management of loans, allows for monitoring the timeliness of repayments, facilitates communication with clients, and streamlines debt collection. The system also includes tools for generating reports, especially for reporting to external entities (managers). It also handles internal company correspondence and physical document archiving.
